When Landmine and Cloudburst landed on Femax and came across the female natives, Cloudburst accessed "Language 48Z-point F27, Sub-dialect L486Q" in his language banks and was able to communicate with the natives.

When Hi-Test and Throttle arrived with Dreadwind and Darkwing, they did not seem to bother to tune into their language banks. Recipe for Disaster!
