Zap was one of several Joes who confronted Cobra Commander and the Baroness when they attempted to flee the Koh-Buru-Lah base. He was gunned down mercilessly. The Golden Boys

- Though he was quickly overshadowed in his role as the Joes' bazooka soldier by, well, Bazooka, Zap did appear in the Sunbow cartoon, where he was voiced by Buster Jones.
