The Colonnade of Cybertron is a database that held the combined culture, art and history of the people of Cybertron before the Great War.

Transformers: Devastation

The Colonnade was created as a covenant between all Cybertronians that held records of the entirety of their history, art, beauty and other aspects of their culture. Following its creation, it was embedded within the Ferrotaxis supercomputer that was installed onboard Nova Prime's vessel the Proudstar. Nova Prime traveled the cosmos to bring Cybertronian culture to other worlds, but a dark force corrupted him, causing him to seek the destruction of other planets. His vessel later crashed on Earth, where it remained buried for millions of years until it was rediscovered during the Great War between the Autobots and the Decepticons. Optimus Prime sought to recover the Colonnade, as it served as one of the few surviving aspects of their culture, but Megatron used the Ferrotaxis in an effort to Cyberform Earth. As a failsafe, Megatron had the Ferrotaxis linked to a swarm of Insecticons that were cyberforming Earth, and the only way to stop it was by destroying the supercomputer. As a result, Optimus Prime was forced to destroy the Ferrotaxis, causing the Colonnade of Cybertron to be lost. Devastation
