Machanimus Disjunctus is a condition from the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Machanimus Disjunctus is a debilitating condition that can affect Cybertronians. It is caused when a multi-component Transformer's separate brain portions begin developing an immunity to one another, preventing them from successfully merging when the Transformer in question attempts to merge their components. It is fatal if left untreated.
