Junichi Akutsu, alias BEE-CRAFT, is a freelance designer.

Junichi Akutsu is a noted mecha designer and "cleanup" artist who has worked on multiple iterations of Bandai's Gundam series. He is often tasked with turning concept art into actual workable action figure or model kit designs.

During Beast Machines, he was one of the people subcontracted by Takara to do the engineering work that translates Draxhall-Jump's concept art into actual working designs. The amount of designs he cleaned up or created from scratch, and whether he worked on the entire line or just the pre-Battle For The Spark waves, is currently unknown.
