Leoric is a Spectral Knight from Visionaries.

Truth is... I am Lion Man.

A noble warrior from the lost world of Prysmos, where an age of science gave way to one of magic, Leoric is the leader of the heroic Spectral Knights. Wielding a magical whip and the ability to transform himself into a lion, Leoric fights for the freedom of the people of Prysmos.

He sometimes looks like Burt Reynolds devided to go LARPing.

Revolution

Released as part of a San Diego Comic-Con 2017 exclusive set, Leoric is an action figure made up of redecoed parts from various G.I. Joe action figures, with a new head, torso and weapon based on Leoric's classic design (rather than his IDW design, which was unrevealed at the time of the set's release). He was packed with several other Hasbro Universe action figures: Jetfire, Matt Trakker of M.A.S.K., Action Man, Roadblock of G.I. Joe, Rom & a Dire Wraith, and 9 Micronauts mini-figurines. Unlike his original toy, he doesn't have a hologram on the chest.

Leoric is included in the set despite the lack of Visionaries in the Revolution comic, instead being added to promote the upcoming Transformers vs. Visionaries comic, which was officially revealed at the convention.
