This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
The Devisiun Titan was one of the thirteen colony Titans. Unlike its brethren, this Titan did not survive its initial space voyage, crash-landing on the planet that its occupants would settle and name Devisiun.
Fiction
IDW Generation 1 continuity
Millions of years ago, the Devisiun Titan was one of the Titans that departed Cybertron in an attempt to spread Pax Cybertronia across the galaxy. Though the Titan found a planet to colonize, it did not survive the landing. The hot spot it carried within its body remained intact and energized, but was subject to the strange gravitational forces of the planet, which caused the Transformers that emerged to be born in bonded pairs. Circa 2014, Metroplex succeeded in locating the remains of his sibling, and during their shared mind-merge he and Windblade caught glimpses of the Transformers that had emerged from its hot spot. Windblade vol. 1 #4

- Which of the Thirteen this Titan served has yet to be established in the comics. That said, most fans assume it's Nexus Prime, because, like, come on.
