Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising is a further subline imprint for Beast Hunters, the second phase of the Prime franchise, released Summer 2013 to coincide with the cartoon's series-ending TV movie. The entire line consists of store exclusives; according to Hasbro's initial announcement, the figures would be exclusive to Target in the US, and to Tesco and Carrefour in the EU.[1] Thus far, the entire lineup has been found at Target stores in the US; the first respective waves of each assortment have been found at Target stores in Canada, at Tesco stores in the UK and at Ripley stores in Chile; and some figures have been found at Target stores in Australia (and others at BigW and Toys"R"Us stores much later, in mid to late 2014), at Rossmann drug stores in Germany and, finally, at Carrefour stores in France.
The toys sold under this banner are primarily redecos of toys released within the earlier Beast Hunters toy line. Various multi-packs and giftsets feature redecos of Beast HuntersCyberverse figures, but don't use the "Cyberverse" logo anywhere on the packaging.
Beast Fire Predaking was available as general retail release in regular Beast Hunters packaging in various international markets such as Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, Europe and Australia. In the United States, he was sold, without any changes to the toy itself, as a Target exclusive in Predacons Rising packaging instead.
