Freezeout is the Titan Master partner to Topspin, granting his larger partner the ability to deactivate an enemy's transformation cog, freezing them in the mode they are in.

Freeeout is packaged with Topspin, part of the fourth wave of Titans Return Deluxe figures. He transforms from a robot into Topspin's head, and can fit into the neck socket of any other Titans Return Deluxe, Voyager, or Leader Class figure.

Freezeout was retooled into Flameout.
