As Skyfall and Landquake discuss their situation, Alpha Trion plans an assault on their TransTech overlords.
Synopsis
Skyfall and Landquake take to the streets to discuss the events of the past day. Both are convinced Alpha Trion is insane, but Landquake feels as though he is their best chance to retrieve Breakaway. Landquake knows that Alpha Trion is at least lying about them being diverted, believing Topspin to be the bot they were sent to find. Unfortunately, with Topspin's fanatical devotion to Alpha Trion, they cannot force him to come with them. Landquake their best opportunity is to use Alpha Trion's plan to find Breakaway, and when Alpha Trion's delusions are shattered, Topspin and his other followers will abandon him. Landquake shifts the conversation to a far more personal one; he is disturbed by the implications of the Caretaker's statement that their purpose as individuals have been concluded. Skyfall has come to the conclusion, based on what he's seen, that he and the others are part of a combiner. With his memory in holes, Skyfall isn't sure what to do, but Landquake assures his friend that this journey has given him a purpose, and he will die for it if need be. Skyfall smiles at his friend's straightforwardness, and the two return to Alpha Trion's workshop.
Senator Ratbat meets with Optimus Prime, Prowl, Starscream, and Cheetor to discuss Megatron request to vivisect Breakaway. Optimus Prime refuses to murder the offworlder, and asks Starscream for an intelligence update. Starscream reports that Breakaway's companions have fallen in with Alpha Trion, and his agents in Alpha Trion's faction say that they are currently immobile. Prowl doubts this report, his analysis showing Alpha Trion's violence increasing in likeliness. Starscream dismisses Alpha Trion as a crackpot, and claims half of the old bot's faction are his agents. Optimus Prime tells Starscream to not fail him again.
At Alpha Trion's workshop, Nightscream reports that they have found Breakaway's location, and that it is only a few meters away from the Bleed transit facility. Alpha Trion tells his subordinates to be ready for the attack tonight...
