Data matrices are Nebulan data reservoirs. They take the form of small green rectangular prisms.

Out of jealousy, Hi-Test had Throttle sneak into Hi-Q's facility and steal some data matrices. Using the data contained on them, Hi-Test and Throttle underwent the Powermaster process and bonded with Dreadwind and Darkwing. People Power!
