Skystalker is an ancient Predacon from The Covenant of Primus portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Skystalker was a vicious and unpredictable Predacon who inhabited the region that would one day become Iacon.

The Covenant of Primus

Skystalker primarily fed off Insecticons, who lived in a region of low-lying valleys. Predaking fought him for control of this territory and ultimately won. It is unclear if Skystalker survived the confrontation, but knowing Predaking it's not hard to imagine how that turned out. The Covenant of Primus
