Technoism is the belief that mechanical species are inherently superior to organic ones. Right-minded individuals like Vector Prime consider it to be amoral.

In an alternate timeline where Megatron never came to be the Great War never happened due to the corrupt Functionist Council usurping the equally-so Senate and thus there was no neo-technoism. Notes
- The term technoism did not debut until 2007 in the IDW Generation 1 continuity but is probably the philosophy of the Generation 2 Cybertronian Empire; and even before that an undoubtedly integral part of the Decepticon Empire (and in one case, the Autobot Imperium).
