At the conclusion of the First Cybertronian Civil War some ten million years ago, the Titan Emissary crashed on Elonia. The First Who Was Named
Over the millennia, the native Elonians — unaware of the Cybertronian influences that had shaped their planet — continued to evolve, developing various civilizations before unifying under a global government and discovering, faster-than-light travel. Shining Armor #3 Some three hundred years ago, however, the Elonian star system was invaded by a race of hostile shapeshifers known as the Dire Wraiths; seeking to fight back against the aliens, the Elonians formed the Solstar Order to fight back. As the capitol of this alliance, Elonia was well-defended from any unwelcome invaders by means of a planet-spanning laser grid. Believing themselves safe from any wayward aliens, the Elonians were unprepared when a contingent of Wraiths breached the shield and invaded the planet, drawn to its supplies of miraculous, shape-changing "ore." Space Knight Rom became the first to discover this ore and bond with it, and after repelling the Wraiths from Elonia the Space Knights continued to wage war against the Wraiths on other planets. Fifty years later, Rom rescued an orphaned protoform and brought it to Elonia; Solstar scientists were able to build an fuel synthesizer for the young Transformer, and raised Stardrive alongside other young aliens in an Elonian school. Shining Armor #1
