Tony Oliver
Rafael Antonio "Tony" Oliver (born May 12, 1958) is an American writer, producer, voice director and voice actor. Among his better-known roles are Rick Hunter on Robotech, Saba the White Tiger Sword on Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Hap and Gonzy on Eureka Seven, Ulquiorra Cifer on Bleach, The Narrator, Testukan, Jorgun and Old Simon on Gurren Lagann, the original voice of Bang Shishigami on Blazblue, the young Harry McDowell on Gungrave, Minato Namikaze on Naruto Shippuden, Lancer on Fate/Stay: Night, Seina Yamada on Tenchi Muyo: GXP, Arsene Lupin III on Lupin the 3rd and Leonardo in the Ninja Turtles crossover episode of Power Rangers in Space.
In addition to voice acting, Oliver served as a supervising producer on Power Rangers up until Power Rangers: Turbo as well a voice director on a number of anime titles done at Bang Zoom! Entertaintment and a story editor for Samurai Pizza Cats.

- Jackpot's personality in "Gone Too Far" was based after Oliver's "goofy, gabby, pun-hurling" voiced version of Lupin the Third as revealed by Greg Sepelak.[1]
- Jason David Frank's character on Power Rangers, Tommy Oliver was named after Tony Oliver himself. Just don't ask him about the Tommy part.
