Ravenspar is a redeco of Prime Cyberverse Soundwave, transforming into a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) similar to a Predator B drone. He has several 3mm post-holes in order to mount his blaster/chainsaw weapon in either mode, except the blaster/chainsaw weapon never actually made it to release. In-package stock photos depict the included accessory, but the weapon was absent from the package once it hit store shelves. The inner plastic tray that holds the figures in place still included space for the weapon even.

He is only available in a set intended to be a Walmart-exclusive, packaged with Optimus Prime, unchanged from the standard Last Knight Legion. As far as can be told, the set never actually hit Walmarts, and ultimately saw release at US discount retailers, primarily Ross stores. Of note, the set did see release in ASDA, Walmart's UK branch of stores.
