Synopsis

As Inferno is putting out fires and getting ready to go back into one of the buildings upon hearing there is still a child inside, Ratchet saves him the trouble by coming out of the just exploded building with girl in tow. Needing to head to the hospital to treat the girl properly, Ratchet takes the girl's mother along but Starscream decides to take potshots at the medic. Inferno shields his fellow emergency vehicle and retaliates with his water cannon, giving Ratchet the chance to break for it.

Thankfully, Ratchet is able to deliver the girl to the hospital in time but he's not quite done yet. Inferno is covered in injuries, prompting the doc-bot to cheerfully get to work, despite the fire truck's pained protests.
