Studio Series
- Bumblebee Vol. 1 Retro Rock Garage (3-pack, 2018)
- Number: 19
- Studio Series Uruaz is a redecoed reissue of Saur as an SDCC exclusive, alongside Dairu and Bumblebee. Instead of the original dark blue plastic with red decals, Uruaz is now cast in transparent orange with teal decals. Uruaz also features a Decepticon rubsign, instead of Saur's Autobot rubsign.
- Uruaz combines with Dairu to form the legs of an unnamed combiner. His cannons become hip-mounted weapons in this form.
Notes
- "Uruaz" is a backwards spelling of the direct romanization of Saur's original Japanese name "ザウル" (Zauru). That name is in turn the back half of an archaic Japanese rendering of "dinosaur" or else is wordplay on the modern Japanese version of "dinosaur".
- In that same vein, Uruaz's color scheme is a photo-negative of the original Saur's.
