Adorable.

The Titan who travelled to Devisiun did not survive making landfall on the planet. As a result, the sparks it carried were subjected to the intense gravitational forces of the system's binary stars, causing all sparks that arose there to be born in pairs. Each twin formed one half of a single alternate mode, although they were not "combiners" in the true sense of the word. The bond between Devisen twins was so close that they frequently finished one another's sentences Windblade vol. 2 #6 and, if one died, it was impossible for the other to transform. The Next Day, and the Next

After returning to Cybertron, the First Titan Metroplex located several colonies with his sensors, including Devisiun. A Long Way Down While merged with Metroplex's mind, Camien Cityspeaker Windblade got a brief glimpse of life on Devisiun. Windblade vol. 1 #4

In the aftermath of the Combiner Wars, Starscream and Superion made a trip to Devisiun. The natives were quite impressed by Superion's combiner technology, allowing Starscream to persuade the planet to join the growing Council of Worlds. Vanquish and Fireshot were sent to Cybertron to simultaneously represent their colony. Windblade vol. 2 #6

Several years later, Devisiun and most of its inhabitants were destroyed by Unicron as the planet-eater began consuming all of Cybertron's colonies in anticipation of an attack on the Transformer homeworld. Unicron #1 Less than a hundred Devisen refugees remained on Cybertron. Stranger Eons

Notes

  • Devisiun's name is a play on "division". Clever!
  • Most of the inhabitants of Devisiun seem to be based on Micromaster Combiners. Other natives include Generation 1 counterparts of Animated Jetfire and Jetstorm, and what might be Skids and Mudflap from the live action film series.
  • The only visual depiction of Devisiun thus far shows one star but not the other of the pair.
  • While most Devisiens are tiny 'bots, befitting their origins as Micromaster Combiners, there are some exceptions; most prominently, the Devisens Oiler and Slide, as they appear in Optimus Prime, are larger-than-normal Transformers who loom over some smaller Autobots. (Maybe they're Devisiun's equivalents of Fortress Maximus?)
  • The name of the planet has enjoyed a rather fraught history under the pens of various authors; it has been alternately spelled Divisiun and Divisen on multiple occasions.
