Seung-uk Jeong (정승욱; Jeong Seung Uk) (b. September 16, 1966) is a prolific Korean voice actor. Although best known as the voice of Garuru in Sgt. Frog, he's done work for such diverse series as Monster Rancher and the Gundam franchise.
