Cityspeakers are a group from the Generation 1 continuity family and Cyberverse continuity.
Just need one more member for their KISS tribute band.

Cityspeakers are Transformers who, through native talent and/or rigorous training, have developed a knack for communicating with dormant Titans. Typically this is accomplished through observation of the Titan's brain module and reading its many indicator lights and maintenance alerts to divine the desires and needs of these massive creations of Primus and the Knights of Cybertron. Thus far, they appear to be solely native to the world of Caminus, which shares its name with the Titan it hosts. In honor of their patron, Cityspeakers mimic his distinctive facial markings.

The Sum and Its Parts Following the formation of the Council of Worlds, the Cityspeakers were able to travel to other colonies founded by other Titans. They turned their talents to helping the senile, neglected Titan Navitas, Titan of Velocitron. Under their guidance, Navitas was able to regain some of his cognition and run the city of Delta more efficiently. 07:00:00
