Runabout is a Decepticon from the Bumblebee portion of the live-action film continuity family.

Runabout is a Decepticon who was once sent by Megatron to infiltrate the Autobot ranks. Now he and his fellow Decepticons have been sent to destroy Bumblebee and his allies at P.R.O.G.R.A.M.M.E.
