Circa 2010, when Sandra publicly leaked live footage of Cybertronians battling at the North Korea-China border, the Russian Prime Minister announced that his country was launching a nuke at the killer machines, per the precedent established by U.S. President Browne of classifying Cybertronians as WMDs. Notes

• If you find it odd that the Prime Minister rather than the President is credited with the major government decision to launch a nuke, consider that at the time of writing, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and President Dmitri Medvedev were engaging in "tandemocracy". The Prime Minister in Transformers does not particularly resemble Putin, though.
