Soundwave (Cyberverse)

Soundwave is a Decepticon from the Cyberverse continuity family.

Soundwave is the Decepticons' master spy, always eavesdropping on Autobot communications. He is utterly emotionless.

When the Autobots attempted to take the Decepticons' space bridge to send the AllSpark offworld, Soundwave defended the bridge's control panel from Bumblebee by laying down a hailstorm of sonic blasts. Unfortunately for him, Megatron attempted to achieve the same goal as well by firing at the scout, with the resulting explosion knocking Soundwave into the depths below. Allspark

Cyberverse 1-Step Changer Soundwave is a redeco of Robots in Disguise Soundwave, painted to disguise the fact that he's a completely different design, and transforms from robot to vehicle in a single step. He lacks the scannable roof insignia from the Robots in Disguise toy.

• As with the rest of the Cyberverse cast, Soundwave's design is based on the Evergreen design also used for his Generation 1 counterpart, with some minor stylistic tweaks.
