1999 Summer Toei Anime Fair
The 1999 Summer Toei Anime Fair (年99夏東映アニメフェア, Nen 99 Natsu Toei Anime Fair) was a triple-feature theatrical movie released only in Japan. It was released on 31 July 1999. The anthology was themed around short films based on toy properties held by Takara. Despite being branded prominently in the anthology's title, Toei only distributed the film and did not animate the segments themselves.

Beast Wars Metals: Convoy's Great Transformation!
"Beast Wars Metals: Convoy's Great Transformation!" (ビーストウォーズメタルス コンボイ大変身!, Beast Wars Metals: Convoy Dai Henshin!) was the Japanese dub of the Beast Wars episode "Cutting Edge". It was preceded by several clips, prominently from "Optimal Situation", to establish Optimus Primal's new body. Because it was released theatrically, the episode's placement in the Beast Wars Metals television series was taken by a newly crafted clip show, "Remix: I Lost the Banana!". Due to the relatively late theatrical release, the episode was not included on Pioneer's Japanese DVD box set of Beast Wars Metals.

"Super Doll Licca-chan: Licca-chan's Stalemate! Miracle of the Doll Knights" (スーパードール★リカちゃん リカちゃん絶体絶命！ドールナイツの奇跡, Super Doll Licca-chan: Licca-chan Zettaizetsumei! Doll Knights no Kiseki) was a short animated film based on the then current incarnation of the Super Doll Licca-chan franchise.
