Blurr - wheels or no?

One of the errors on this page claims that Blurr doesn't have wheels, and is a hovercar. While he's clearly designed to appear like a hovercar, isn't it more likely that this is just a cosmetic approach? He mentions wheels explicitly in this episode, is said to be "the fastest car on wheels" in The Secret Files of Teletraan 1, and his toy included (admittedly understated) wheels. Are there any episodes that explicitly show clearance between him and the ground during terrestrial travel?
