Luiz Antônio Lobue

Luiz Antônio Lobue (b. ???) is a Brazilian voice actor. He is perhaps most famous for providing the voice of Piccolo in the Dragon Ball franchise, but he's also done work for such franchises as Pokémon and Lupin III.
