Gábor Forgács (December 30, 1947 -) is a Hungarian actor, highly prolific voice actor, comedian and singer, and an upbeat person in general. Outside of his numerous appearances of comedy shows, he is known for his raspy voice which nonetheless has a wide range. Characters he has dubbed include Cliff Huxtable of The Cosby Show, Frank Reynolds of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Arthur Weasley in the Harry Potter films, Grandpa Phil in Hey Arnold (1st voice), King Julien in the Madagascar franchise and spin-offs (apart from the original film), Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story films, Linda Belcher in Bob's Burgers and Dr. Drakken of Kim Possible. Can also frequently be heard in documentary and reality TV show voice-overs, and often plays supporting roles in various series and films.
