I currently seem to be unable to create my own user page, and I'm not sure why, can anyone help me?

If you haven't yet contributed anything, we'd really rather you didn't simply change jokes or add new ones without adding actual content. This also holds true for removing captions whole-hog or replacing them with "information" that really isn't. Remember, we're meant to be informative first, funny second.
