Dynomic is a company from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Dynomic is a weapons manufacturing company in league with Skywatch. Together with Allodyne Logic Systems and Darkmatter Logic, they're responsible for inventing Skywatch's crash suits.

IDW Generation 1 continuity

Colonel Horiuchi had loyalists in Dynomic who secretly helped design the badges he needed for his plan to control the Autobots. Skywarp later raided a Dynomic installation in search of the same technology, which he needed for a weapon designed to cripple all Autobots on Earth in a single stroke. When the employees failed to cooperate, he killed them and moved on to Allodyne. The Hanging Sword
