Alan Tudyk (born March 16, 1971) is an American actor best known for playing Wash in Firefly and Serenity (co-starring Adam Baldwin and Gina Torres). He also played Steve the Pirate in Dodgeball, Sonny in I, Robot, Simon in the 2007 version of Death at a Funeral, Doc Potter in the 2007 version of 3:10 to Yuma, Tucker in Tucker & Dale vs Evil, Alpha in Dollhouse, Van Wayne in Powerless, Noah Werner in Suburgatory and his short lived, but hilarious cameo as a redneck in Deadpool 2. Smart human.

In the realm of voice acting, he has performed as K-2SO in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the Dangerboat in The Tick as well in a number of DC Comics based properties such as Green Arrow and Psimon in Young Justice and Green Arrow also in the Injustice games, Superman in Justice League: War, the Joker in Harley Quinn, Eric Morden/Mister Nobody in Doom Patrol and at least one character in every Walt Disney Animation Studios film since 2012, most of them sinister if not outright evil - King Candy in Wreck-it Ralph, the Duke of Weaseltown Weselton in Frozen, Alister Krei in Big Hero 6, Duke Weselton Weaseltown in Zootopia, and the decidedly non-sinister Heihei in Moana and the eccentric Knowsmore in Ralph breaks the Internet.
