Wes

Wes is a human from the Rescue Bots Academy portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Wes is a Teen Pioneer from Griffin Rock. He's a big fan of the Rescue Bot recruits, especially Wedge, whom he idolizes.

Wes won a day with the recruits by entering an emergency response competition. As he spent time with Hot Shot, Hoist, Whirl and Medix, Wes repeatedly approached Wedge and tried to impress the recruit with advice on fixing a hydro-fusion drive, but each time was rebuffed by Wedge, who didn't think he had anything to offer the young human. When there was an emergency in Griffin Rock, Wes charged through the GroundBridge portal and put himself in danger to rescue some workers and, with Wedge's help, got them all to safety. Wedge, having realised from Wes's journal that he was the boy's favourite recruit, opted to spend some time with him. Driving a Wedge
