"Get your paws off me, you dirty ape!"
The organic aliens known as the Voin appear to be ape-like creatures, slightly smaller than the average Transformer. They do not appear capable of speech, however, and rely on the services of another alien—its watery tank tethered to their cranium—to translate their thoughts into intelligible speech.

On his first trek outside the city, Rubble took in all the sight of Cybertron's wilderness, eventually coming across a group of Voin after falling into a ditch. As Rubble got to know the controller, Windblade arrived and scared off the organics with her weapons. Transforming to robot mode, she commented on Bumblebee allowing Rubble to interact with the aliens. The World In Your Eyes Part One

As of writing, it's somewhat unclear what the relationship between the terrestrial aliens and the aquatic, octopus-like creature they carry with with them is, and, by extension, which one of them is actually the "Voin."
