As leader of the people of the United Kingdom, the Queen of England has occasionally found herself involved in the Transformers' conflict on Earth.

In the early 21st century of Primax -408.24 Epsilon, the British desired to invade the United States of America, though the Queen argued against bombing the very land she wished to conquer. Eye in the Sky

When Clench's Decepticon Syndicate attempted to kidnap and ransom the Queen of England, UK citizen Pyro Ignatius Spark gathered his own team of Second Generation Autobots to rescue Her Majesty. Pyro was subsequently knighted by the Queen for this brave act. Clench's profile
The Last Knight film
Both Queen Elizabeth I and Queen Victoria were members of the Order of the Witwiccans, a secret society who knew of the presence of Transformers on Earth and worked to keep their secret. - The term "Queen of England" is often used erroneously to refer to the Queen of the United Kingdom, as Wikipedia explains.
- While the continuity is of course heavily fictional, the Wings Queen mentioned above is probably the real-life Elizabeth II. It is less certain if this is also the case in Shattered Glass.
- The thinking by James Roberts in the IDW 2005 continuity is that by Nominus Prime’s time, the Primes had become like the Queen: a constitutional leader but with the government having more of the power.[1]
