José Sant'anna is a Brazilian voice actor. He is one of the most recognized voice actors in Brazil, having been in the business since the 1970s.

In animation, he voiced Duke on G.I. Joe, the narrator on Superfriends, Two-Face in Batman: The Animated Series, the Joker in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, the narrator in Silverhawks, Fat Tony on The Simpsons, Dwayne in Over the Hedge and many others.

In terms of live-action dubbing, he played Chuck Norris in several films, as well as Snow in The Warriors, Frank Black on Millennium, and Willie Tanner on ALF.
