[edit]- This collection was also available in a special Black Label release through IDW Limited. It was limited to 50 copies and cost $300, and came with a number of extras including a limited-edition tray case, hand-drawn illustration by Alex Milne, a black satin bookmark and a mounted signature page.
- If the Black Label version wasn't enough, it was also available in a Blue Label version, with all of the above but substituting a multi-character illustration by Milne and a blue statin bookmark and a price tag of $450. It's sold out.
