Katsuhisa Hōki (宝亀 克寿 Hōki Katsuhisa born October 30, 1946) is a Japanese voice actor. He usually plays gruff older men, such as Rihaku in the Fist of the North Star: The Legends of the True Savior films or Hōjō Teppei in Higurashi - When They Cry, and among many other roles such as Gekko Moriah & Jinbe in One Piece, Ben Jackson in Tiger & Bunny, Ishihara in Burst Angel, Orba Mayer & the Narrator of The Devil is a Part-Timer, Raizou Tatsumi in Mai no Mahō to Katei no Hi and Paragus in Dragon Ball Super: Broly.

Hōki has also done plenty of work in dubbing, voicing "Flutterguy" in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Darkseid & General Hardcastle in Superman: The Animated Series, Harry Helmsley in 2012, Gothmog in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Dr. Vindaloo & Le Quack in Courage the Cowardly Dog, Koosalagoopagoop in Dexter's Laboratory, Krekka in Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui, Rupert Thorne in Batman: The Animated Series, Maurice in The Penguins of Madagascar, Commander Mozar in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Gha Nachkt in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and commonly voices characters played by Ving Rhames.

Hōki portrayed these characters only in the Japanese dub of "The Rebirth", which was released in Japan under the American The Transformers branding to distinguish it from the Japanese Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers continuity.
