- Blitzwing is a Decepticon in the Transformers Animated continuity family.
Blitzving not only has zree modes (robot, jet, and tank) he also has zree alternate personalities (a cold strategist, a short-tempered hothead, and a total nutcase) along vith zree faces rattling around in his head to go vith zem (Sounds familiar). He's as liable to have a conversation vith himself as he is to say a vord to his fellow Decepticons. Pretty much ze only thing zhat keeps him in line is that all zree of his personalities are scared to death of Megatron.

His cold personality is represented by a long face vith a monocle. His easily angered personality's face is ved and gap-toothed, so it looks and talks like a certain Austrian musclehead. Finally, his crazy personality's face looks like nozing so much as a black jack-o'-lantern. All zree personalities have a German accent.
Blitzving's special power is based on ice-vays and/or flame-vays, depending on vhich personality is dominant at ze time.
Basically, he's ze Purple Baron. Or Herr Freezer Burn.
