Synchro-control

Synchro-control is a piece of technology in the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Synchro-controls allow a friendly party to pilot a Transformer by remote control. Its control layout is notably similar to the Canyon Racer XL arcade game.

When Hot Shot was temporarily blinded while driving on a hazardous space bridge, Red Alert ordered Coby Hansen to take over via synchro-control. Coby used a set of controls built into a column in the Autobot base, guiding Hot Shot via a 3rd person overhead sensor view until he was able to regain his senses. Starscream

• It's not really clear why the synchro-control terminal featured controls designed for a human-sized user. Perhaps they were intended for Mini-Cons?
