Steals from the rich and, well, steals from the poor, too, I guess...

One of the human supervillains who menaces Detroit in the near future, Angry Archer bears a strong resemblance to the traditional portrayal of Robin Hood; this includes a cheesy 16th century British accent. The seemingly cybernetic arm, high-tech arrowheads and glider-pack are new, though. He uses his skills with a bow and arrow in his criminal schemes.

The Angry Archer appears under the shadow of the night. Dropping down on a passing horseless carriage, he demands they stand and deliver. However, the local authorities arrive. No fear, a passing rescue carriage passes by. Latching on, he aways with glee. But, forsooth, the carriage became a metal giant, who defeated the Archer with reckless abandon. While the Angry Archer pleads that all he desires is fame and fortune, flying camera's arrive, recording his humiliating fate. The metal giant mockingly states that he will have to settle for fame. Oh, what a twisted move by the fickle hand of fate. Home Is Where the Spark Is
