Transformers: Galaxies
Transformers: Galaxies is an upcoming monthly comic series from IDW Publishing, scheduled to premiere in September 2019. A spin-off of the ongoing Transformers series, Galaxies is set to star secondary characters amidst the backdrop of the antebellum storyline in the main series, with the first story arc to feature the fan-favorite Constructicons. Following that, the second will feature Cliffjumper, the third will star Arcee, Greenlight, and their mentee,[1] and the fourth arc will showcase Ultra Magnus.
Overview
In the past, after the War of the Threefold Spark devastated Cybertron, the Constructicons helped to rebuild their homeworld. Since then, they disappeared from the public eye. What have they been up to as they plot to return?
Creative team
The first arc of Galaxies is to be written by Vox Media co-founder and Transformers fan Tyler Bleszinski, with art by returning IDW artist Livio Ramondelli. The second is to be written by Kate Leth and Cohen Edenfield. The third is to be written by Sam Maggs, and the fourth is to be written by Deviations and M.A.S.K. writer Brandon M. Easton.
