Nanosec is a rollerblading supervillain that menaces the Autobots. He goes really fast and wears a spandex suit. He uses a whip as a weapon.
His face looks oddly like the lovechild of Waluigi from the Mario games, Dick Dastardly from Wacky Races, and a human Starscream equipped with the Chin.
