Talk:Jorge Figueroa
The "ENGLISH, MAN!" header was way better. --Suki Brits 23:08, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
- I agree, but I had literally just read Walky's wish to keep the jokes primarily to captions, and I figured this edit was in that same mind. --Sntint 02:14, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
- I was gunna revert it before I saw Walky edited that. No way I'm touching it now. I think we all read the Shortpacked where he and Maggie broke Ethan's computer. --Atomic Spaceman 04:11, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
- I say this page should fully in Spanish!--GUIGUI 10:36, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Cut scene?
Is it just me or did they cut his death/badly injured scene? I haven't read the leaked script, novel or IDW's adaptation (so I don't know), but there was a scene in the December trailer where Lennox is comforting somebody off-camera who is holding a necklace of the cross, most likely Fig. (Going by war movie cliche, he probably died telling his commander/best buddy his life story, too) --FFN 15:47, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, there is a scene in the novelization (and in the kids novelization?) where Fig dies on the way back home and everyone swears to kill Decepticons in his name. --ItsWalky 16:02, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
Er...
Okay, the Spanish part is kinda funny, but - with no English counterpart, the "funny" gets in the way of being informative. I don't mind the humor on the Wiki - it's just annoying when a significant part of an article is HA HA LOOK FUNNY LOLZORZ HA HA and you have a hard time filtering out the actual information.--Nevermore 21:41, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

- I disagree that Babelfish should be required to read some of our pages. That's not really a good solution.
- On the other hand, I believe the page as-is communicates well enough that Fig speaks Spanish, which is the only important thing about him. --ItsWalky 21:51, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with Walky that translation shouldn't be required. On the other hand, I don't feel that translation is required. There are only two sentences on intro in Spanish, and I would think that anybody who speaks English would be able to get the gist of it... he's some sort of technical guy commanded by Lennox, and he likes Spanish. And the note is also quite easy to understand. Granted, Nevermore, English is not your first language, but can you not figure out generally what is being said there? --Steve-o 21:23, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
