"I see why Grimlock is a legend, among bots and cleaning staff."
- —Medix
"Stop! Don't get any closer. I have... rust rot!"
"Oh no! What's rust rot?"
"It's a super-contagious and completely not made up Cybertronian disease."
- —Hoist and Hot Shot

- —Whirl on her greatest fear.
Notes
Continuity notes
- It's Grimlock! Despite visually being based on his evergreen design, in a concession to Hasbro's push for a unified brand look, the character's dialogue makes it clear that this is still the lovable lug from the 2015 Robots in Disguise series rather than a new incarnation.
- Other suggestions for potential teachers include Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Arcee and Windblade.
- Grimlock is still afraid of cats, a trait he first exhibited in the Robots in Disguise episode "Even Robots Have Nightmares".
Transformers references
- Heatwave previously said the title phrase in the Rescue Bots episode "Return of the Dino Bot".
- Medix mentions his uncle Ratchet.
- Grimlock mentioned battling the Decepticons Underbite and Scowl.
Real-world references
- The title is of course a pun on Tyrannosaurus rex, Grimlock's alt-mode.
Trivia
- Medix also mentions his great aunt Apax, Grandpa Torquesteer and his second cousin Wrench.
