Symkaria is an East European country. They live next to Doctor Doom, which kinda sucks.

Under the influence of the Decepticons' hostility-inducing machine, Latveria attacked neighboring Symkaria. This understandably irritates Symkaria, making them threaten all-out war with nuclear weapons, which implores the Avengers to investigate. Man and Machine, Part One
