Forge Pyramid

Located in the city of Iacon, the Pyramid is an integral part of life on Cybertron—it is the building where new Transformers are forged and released into Cybertronian society. The forging of a new Transformer is a momentous occasion, marked by great open-air celebrations to commemorate this creation of new life.

The Pyramid had been in use for many years; new Transformers would be forged from sparks harvested from the Well of All Sparks and subsequently released into Iacon when they were ready—traditionally, these newborn Cybertronians would emerge from the building, be greeted by the ruling Prime, and be assigned to a mentor who would guide them through their early life and help them find a job and alternate mode. In the days before the outbreak of the Great War, Rubble was forged at the Pyramid and assigned to Bumblebee, marked by the customary festivities; however, with incumbent Prime Sentinel offworld, Rubble was instead greeted by Orion Pax. The World In Your Eyes Part Four Some forty days later, it was decided that that Pyramid would forge another Transformer as a way to placate Cybertron's population after Brainstorm's murder. - Issue #2 of Transformers: Galaxies apparently depicts the future Insecticons as having emerged from the Pyramid; however, it's not yet clear if it's the same Pyramid as the building in Iacon, or whether multiple such facilities exist across Cybertron.
