Masaru Sakamoto

Masaru Sakamoto (坂本 勝 Sakamoto Masaru) is a Japanese animator and Illustrator part of Studio Trigger.He's primarily known for designing the characters in SSSS. Gridman, as well as animating for Little Witch Academia and Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.

• A huge Transformers fan, his character designs for SSSS. Gridman are full of references to the franchise, with characters based on Shattered Glass Transformers and Age of Extinction's Dinobots.
