The Remote Control Circuit Linker was a piece of electronic circuit created by the Decepticons. It was used to link various vehicles to one another and a central computer.

Generation 1 Cartoon Continuity

Megatron used this piece of technology to link all machines to TORQ III allowing the computer intelligence to control vehicles that were normally beyond its influence. Day of the Machines
