Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川 光 Midorikawa Hikaru, born May 2, 1968) is a Japanese voice actor and is represented by Aoni Production. While he's been voice acting since 1988, he's also a singer, part of the music group E.M.U. (Entertainment Music Unit) alongside fellow Transformers actors Ryōtarō Okiayu, Nobutoshi Canna, and Hideo Ishikawa. Hikaru is also known to play the saxophone, collects Gundam models, basketball, and dislikes sushi.

Some of Hikaru's many roles include Joe Rival from The Brave Express Might Gaine, Oliver the Great Western Engine from Thomas & Friends, Tokiya Mikagami of Flame of Recca, Firion in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, and Marth in the Super Smash Bros. and Fire Emblem series. His most famous roles are that of Heero Yuy from Gundam Wing, Zelgadis Greywords from the Slayers series, Softon from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Eiru/Seijūrō Ginga from Sailor Moon R as well Fiore in Promise of the Rose, Android 16 in Dragon Ball Z as well the current voice of Tenshinhan in the franchise and current media and Leon Magnus/Judas from Tales of Destiny/Tales of Destiny 2.
