Luca Ghignone

Luca Ghignone (born November 3, 1973) is an Italian voice actor. He voiced Bloo in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Raymundo in Xiaolin Showdown, Soos in Gravity Falls, Silver Shill in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Number 13 and All for One in My Hero Academia, Piccolo in Dragon Ball Super and Lynn Loud Sr. in The Loud House, among others.
